So today we sent Abra off to Kindergarten. Today really is just an orientation for her. Things start for real on Friday. I think that had she been going to day care/preschool for the last 7 months instead of being at home, it might have been a little less emotional for me--just another day at the office. And I wasn't too bad, didn't cry or anything. But Dad and I were very proud and my heart did go up into my throat a time or two.
At the flag-raising ceremony, Abra mentioned rather loudly that she could hardly see a thing. Heh. She's all yours, Mrs. Murphy!
